You Know What You Want.
Until the Pressure Rises
You are capable. Reflective. Strong.

Kontaktwerkstatt - ein Ort um echte Verbindung neu zu lernen
You know what you want. Until the pressure rises.
You are capable. Reflective. Strong.
´ou know your values. You know your boundaries. You know what you want to say. And yet there are moments when all of that suddenly feels out of reach. Someone with authority challenges you. A conversation turns tense. You are put on the spot. You need to say no. You know something is wrong—but you cannot find the words fast enough. So you stay quiet. You agree. You explain too much. You make yourself smaller. And later you think:
Why didn’t I just say what I knew? This is where Calm Under Pressure begins.
Confidence is not the problem.
ou do not need to become louder, tougher or more dominant. And you do not need another reminder to “just be more confident.” Because the problem is often not that you do not know who you are. The problem is that under pressure, you lose access to what you already know. Calm Under Pressure is about closing that gap. The gap between knowing your boundary and expressing it. Between having an opinion and standing behind it when someone pushes back. Between knowing what feels right and being able to act on it when the stakes are high. Because real confidence is not only what you feel when you are safe.
It is being able to stay connected to yourself when you are not.
Imagine staying with yourself.
The pressure is still there. The other person may still disagree. Your heart might still beat faster. But this time, you do not abandon yourself to make the moment easier.
You pause.
You hear yourself.
You choose.
You ask the question. You say what you actually think. You let the silence exist.
You say no
without turning it into a ten-minute explanation. You make the decision that is right for you—even when someone else would prefer a different one. Not because you suddenly became fearless. Because you learned how to remain yourself under pressure.
Calm Under Pressure
This work is for women who are already strong—but want access to that strength when it matters most. Together, we work on the ability to:
Stay clear when conversations become difficult
Speak up around authority
Recognize your boundaries before you override them
Say no without drowning in guilt
Stop automatically explaining and justifying yourself
Make decisions without handing your authority to someone else
Remain grounded when another person disagrees
Act from your values instead of your fear
The goal is not to control every feeling. The goal is to stop letting those feelings make your decisions for you. You do not have to feel confident before you can act with clarity.
Pause - Sense - Act

And this is where Kontara begins.
Because learning to speak under pressure changes more than one conversation.
Once you start noticing where you leave yourself, you begin seeing it everywhere. In the boundaries you never set. In the relationships you maintain at your own expense. In the decisions you make because they are expected of you. In the version of yourself you have learned to perform in order to belong. And underneath all of that lies a much bigger question: What would your life look like if you stopped abandoning yourself? Kontara is the world that opens from there. It is about self-trust. Boundaries. Dignity. Your voice. The courage to disappoint someone rather than betray yourself. And the freedom that comes when your inner values and your outer life begin to match. Not becoming someone new. Coming back to who you already, turly are.
A different kind of condidence.
I am not interested in teaching women how to look powerful. I am interested in what happens when looking powerful no longer matters.
When someone disagrees. When your voice shakes. When there is something to lose. When saying what you really mean would be easier to avoid. That is the moment we work with. Because if you can stay connected to yourself there, something fundamental changes. You stop needing every room to feel safe before you can be yourself inside it. You stop waiting for permission. You stop confusing someone else's certainty with your own lack of authority. And slowly, your life becomes more yours. This is Kontara. And Calm Under Pressure is one way in.
Also stay with yourself when it matters.
You already have a voice. You already have values.
You already know more than you think you do. Now learn how to stay connected to them when the pressure rises. Calm Under Pressure For women who are done losing themselves in the moments that matter most.

"I always thought I was pretty confident, but in certain situations I would just go quiet. Working with Pia helped me notice that moment earlier and actually say what I wanted to say.”"
Hannah
"The biggest change for me is that I don’t explain myself as much anymore. I can say no, leave it there, and not spend the rest of the day wondering if I was too harsh.”
Cecile
“What I liked most was that it didn’t feel like ‘just be more confident’ advice. Pia helped me understand what actually happens to me under pressure, and that made it much easier to handle difficult conversations.”
