You know who you are.

You may even know exactly what you want to say.
But when pressure, authority, conflict or expectation enters the room, your clarity can disappear.
You freeze. You overexplain. You become smaller. You agree too quickly. You question yourself. And later, when the moment has passed, the words return.
Calm Under Pressure is a 12-week transformational program for women who want to change that pattern at its root.
This is not about becoming louder, harder or more confrontational.
It is about learning how to stay connected to yourself when something is actually at stake.

In this 90-minute live 1:1 session in which, you’ll understand what happens when pressure takes over. You will leave with a simple method to stay connected to yourself before you respond.
